Ros Bates

Ros Bates is a well known Federal Government lobbyist who has high level bipartisan experience in many areas. Ros founded Entree Vous Pty Ltd in 2006 after running her own successful Government Relations company, Rosslyn Bates Pty Ltd from 2000.

Ros has been the recipient of the following awards:

• Telstra QLD Business Women of the Year (AusIndustry) sector
• Royal Australian College of Nursing Distinguished Nursing services Award ( QLD)
• The Prime Ministers Centenary of Federation Medal for Distinguished Services to the Australian public in health

Ros is also an Honorary Member of the Taiwanese Business Womens Entrepreneurs Association

Ros has been a passionate advocate for the Life Saving Drugs Program and is the only lobbyist with expertise in this field with over $85 million dollars of funding procured in successive Federal Budgets. 

Ros has in an depth knowledge of funding within the PBS and outside with New Policy Proposals (NPP) at a Cabinet level.
Other successful outcomes have been in the following areas:
 

• National Task Force on Colon Cancer
• National Task Force on Childhood Obesity
• Nursing Education

Ros has in an depth understanding of Government policy development and the processes at local, state and federal levels having been responsible for numerous Cabinet submissions on health related funding.
